I was feeling in need of a little Christmas in July to combat the growing heat and humidity. And what could be more Christmassy than Brussel Sprouts?
The rest of the bucket have been stir-fried along with carrots, parsnips, seasoned with sage and onion and served with cold smoked turkey and dried cranberries. Voila! - instant taste of Christmas. Just crank up the AC and liberate the fluffy socks for the full effect.
